You acknowledge that the Work published on zingmagazine.com will be archived on zingmagazine.com where there are downloadable images/texts without charge, and the permission you are granting zingmagazine to publish the work includes its posting on the zingmagazine website as part of its content.

zingmagazine.com will publish the work within 24 months of zingmagazine.comâ€™s acceptance of the work. If zingmagazine.com has not published the work within four months, then you may give zingmagazine.com written notice to publish the Work within four months. If zingmagazine.com fails to publish within the four-month period, this agreement will terminate and all rights to publish the Work will revert to you, without further liability by either party to the other.

If the work is chosen for publication in an end of year compilation of work submitted to zingmagazine.com, zingmagazine will provide 1 copy of the book containing the Work to you without charge for your personal use. zingmagazine will be responsible for all the costs of printing the Work and of the distribution through its standard channels of distribution. zingmagazine will not be responsible for any other costs, nor any separate remuneration to you.

zingmagazine acknowledges that all rights in the Work except for the license to publish granted to zingmagazine by this agreement belong to you. It will be a matter in your discretion whether you wish to file your own copyright registration for the work with the US copyright office.

You warrant that the work has never before been published and promise that you will not publish any part of the work for up to one year after it appears on zingmagazine.com except with the written permission of zingmagazine. If the work is republished in another forum, you will ensure that it is accompanied by a footnote or other appropriate reference stating that it first appeared on zingmagazine.com.

You warrant and represent that you are the sole author of the Work; that you have full power to enter into this agreement and that the work does not contain any libelous matter, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any right of publicity, copyright or other right of any third party.

zingmagazine understands the copyright of the Work belongs to the artist. However you assign the right to use the slides/images/excerpts provided by yourself to zingmagazine for purposes of catalogs and general promotions. This includes but is not limited to promotional flyers, mailers, media kits, and invitations. You understand that in all cases you will be given full credit.
